New office address who this?! I've been here about 3 or 4 times now and I'm still impressed about how timely they are. Today was the first time I was called in 5 minutes after my appointment (which no other office I've ever been to do, it's always a 30 min wait at least). As far as the service I'm very happy, everyone is super friendly and profesional. The new office looks great, they have good equipment, and it's very clean. Looking forward to keep coming here for my dentist appointments. Today I had my 6 months cleaning with Teresa and she was so much fun to be with. We laughed, she cleaned, and everyone was happy. And towards the end Dr Pollary came to check on me and that was that. "Tooth be told they love their patients" and you can tell!
I really don’t like the dentist and haven’t been in years. Hence why I needed a tooth pulled.. I was really uncomfortable about it but staff is super friendly and Dr. Pollary did a great job! Molar gone but I’m doing good and no more pain. They really made me feel at home here and I’ll definitely be back. Plus I don’t have insurance and I didn’t leave feeling robbed! Another plus. When my husband and I stepped into Dr. Pollary’s office, we hadn’t been to a dentist in 6 years for numerous reasons. Because of this, I was worried that with seeing any dentist we would be shamed or scoffed at for not getting regular checkups. After looking at multiple offices and reading the reviews, we decided to go with Dr. Pollary’s office. Glad we did! Everyone has been so nice and helpful. When I asked questions they were answered in an understandable manner. Although my husband had ZERO cavities (jealous), I had to have a couple filled. I haven’t had that many cavities in my life, but watching the doctor and the dental assistant do the work on my teeth was like a choreographed dance. Everything went smoothly and other than the shot was pain free. They don’t do amalgam fillings here, which is awesome! And they respected my preference for no fluoride. Next I’m hoping for the sensitivity on my tooth to reduce now that the cavities have been filled and the filling has been adjusted for tightness. Thank you, Dr. Pollary and staff!

Dr. Pollary is my office’s suggestion to many patients and when I was in need of a filling I called and they got me in right away even though he was not my regular dentist. During the global pandemic I missed a dental appointment and was in need of a cleaning so I called Dr. Pollary’s office and they once again got me in right away. I had such a good experience with his hygienist and staff who are incredibly kind and caring to everyone I told my mother to go for a visit too. From now on his office will be my regular dentist and anyone who ever asks for a great dental office I’ll be sure to always refer them! :)

Not having gone to the dentist for a long time I was anxious about scheduling an appointment, but now I'm very glad that it was with Dr. Pollary. Him and his team are fantastic. The procedures I've had, including a root canal, have been totally painless and were finished in no time. Throughout my appointments I've spoken to nearly everyone and it's so refreshing to be around such positivity. I've had the most time with Dr. Pollary and Ashley who are so friendly and comforting. The music playing overhead is great and sometimes hard to not dance on the table. Any questions I had were answered and explained well. The office location is right off Academy so getting there is a breeze, I will always look forward to my appointments here and will gladly recommend to anyone.

Dr Pollary is awesome! When I moved to Cos one of my concerns was not having doctor's or dentist or optometrist. I went to two dentist before Dr Pollary and was not extremely happy. My boss told me about Dr Pollary and how great he is with kids. So I decided to take my kids and I love the hygienists, they are so patient with the kiddos! Valentina at the front is always so sweet! And Dr Pollary doesn't treat you for things you do not need! His recommendations for other specialist have been with other great doctors! It's conveniently located on Academy! There is always parking in the building, his prices as very reasonable too!
I really feel the staff cares about you as an individual I really don't like going to the dentist I get anxiety but I felt really comfortable and at ease he took the time to explain to me in detail what he was doing and what I was looking at when I was looking at my x-rays. He took the time to answer any questions I had I did not feel like I was being rushed. I would highly recommend him.

My visit to Pollary Family Dentistry was pleasant. I had not previously associated that word with a visit to the dentist. The work was not painful, even though I had 2 fillings, one a replacement that needed to first be drilled out. Both Dr. Pollary and the staff were successful in making me feel glad to be there. They were accommodating. They went the extra mile to find a time that would work with my vacation schedule. At the office they let me borrow sunglasses because the light was bothering my eyes. At the end of my appointment they suggested places that I could find something to eat that were both nearby and appropriate for a mouth full of anesthesia. These are examples of the extra care you can expect if you make an appointment with Pollary Family Dentistry.

Today was the first time I was called in 5 minutes after my appointment (which no other office I've ever been to do, it's always a 30 min wait at least). As far as the service I'm very happy, everyone is super friendly and profesional. The new office looks great, they have good equipment, and it's very clean. Looking forward to keep coming here for my dentist appointments. Today I had my 6 months cleaning with Teresa and she was so much fun to be with. We laughed, she cleaned, and everyone was happy. I am so glad I switch dentists and came to Pollary Family Dentistry. I was dissatisfied with my previous dentist office, and nervous to change, especially during the pandemic. But Dr. Pollary's office was just so warm and welcoming. Ashley, was just so amazing, she heard my concerns, listened to my frustrations, and really got to know me, feel like were best friends. The front office was wonderful and very friendly. Dr. Pollary didn't rush either of my appointments and heard my concerns. Even listened to my future plans of braces and next steps to get me there. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pollary's office to all. I haven't been able to stop talking my husband's ear off on how much I loved them on my first visit.. Dr. Pollary and his team were literally amazing all around. I have always been terrified to go to the dentist so I have to get mentally prepared several days in advance. Jess was the hygienist that worked with me and I cannot say enough great things about her. I was on the verge of tears when I arrived because I was so nervous and freaked out. Not sure if she knew that and worked some magic or it was just her normal level of care for her patients. She made the entire process so comfortable and absolutely ZERO pain. Dr. Pollary came in, asked me relevant questions trying to pinpoint what my needs were. He then gave me a couple different suggestions of paths to take to get me where I wanted to be. They were all SO SO great. I've lived in Colorado Springs my entire life (43 years) and I'm so glad I finally found a caring, experienced dental office. Such a relief.

When my husband and I stepped into Dr. Pollary’s office, we hadn’t been to a dentist in 6 years for numerous reasons. Because of this, I was worried that with seeing any dentist we would be shamed or scoffed at for not getting regular checkups. After looking at multiple offices and reading the reviews, we decided to go with Dr. Pollary’s office. Glad we did! Everyone has been so nice and helpful. When I asked questions they were answered in an understandable manner. Although my husband had ZERO cavities (jealous), I had to have a couple filled. I haven’t had that many cavities in my life, but watching the doctor and the dental assistant do the work on my teeth was like a choreographed dance. Everything went smoothly and other than the shot was pain free. They don’t do amalgam fillings here, which is awesome! And they respected my preference for no fluoride. Next I’m hoping for the sensitivity on my tooth to reduce now that the cavities have been filled and the filling has been adjusted for tightness. Thank you, Dr. Pollary and staff!

The procedures I've had, including a root canal, have been totally painless and were finished in no time. Throughout my appointments I've spoken to nearly everyone and it's so refreshing to be around such positivity. I've had the most time with Dr. Pollary and Ashley who are so friendly and comforting. The music playing overhead is great and sometimes hard to not dance on the table. Any questions I had were answered and explained well. The office location is right off Academy so getting there is a breeze, I will always look forward to my appointments here and will gladly recommend to anyone.

My boss told me about Dr Pollary and how great he is with kids. So I decided to take my kids and I love the hygienists, they are so patient with the kiddos! Valentina at the front is always so sweet! And Dr Pollary doesn't treat you for things you do not need! His recommendations for other specialist have been with other great doctors! It's conveniently located on Academy! There is always parking in the building, his prices as very reasonable too!

My visit to Pollary Family Dentistry was pleasant. I had not previously associated that word with a visit to the dentist. The work was not painful, even though I had 2 fillings, one a replacement that needed to first be drilled out. Both Dr. Pollary and the staff were successful in making me feel glad to be there. They were accommodating. They went the extra mile to find a time that would work with my vacation schedule. At the office they let me borrow sunglasses because the light was bothering my eyes. At the end of my appointment they suggested places that I could find something to eat that were both nearby and appropriate for a mouth full of anesthesia. These are examples of the extra care you can expect if you make an appointment with Pollary Family Dentistry.
I just love Dr. Pollary and everyone in his office. They're friendly, caring and prompt. I moved across town a year and a half ago, and I still go to Dr. Pollary. It's a 30 minute drive, because, if you know Colorado Springs, you know you can't get there from here in anything resembling a quick and direct route. My wife and I have been to this office a number of times for both cleanings and dental work. The quality of dental work has been great. I recommend he and his staff highly. In addition, the doctor and the receptionist are fluent in Spanish if that is helpful for patients.
Dr. Pollary and his staff are friendly and kind and take a sincere personal interest in their patients. Dr. Pollary does dental maintenance, restoration, and disease prevention for me - he is a perfectionist in dental care and I appreciate his thoughtful, reasoned approach. He uses a network of experts for specialized care such as implants and orthodontics and coordinates his patients' interactions with them. I drive "down the hill" and across town to be a member of the Pollary patient family.
